• 1. For Poster applications, Applicant must upload:

  • a. Poster document (image file or pdf),

  • b. Photograph taken at the site (a poster photograph and a zoomed in photograph of BioActs product information or photograph of the experiment utilizing BioActs products)

  • C. Proof of purchase

• 2. For Journal applications, Applicant must upload:

  • a. Journal file (pdf),

  • b. Photograph/documentation of

    • i. BioActs product list (ex. material and method),

    • ii. Experiment section utilizing BioActs products

  • C. Proof of purchase

• 3. Bank information provided must be accurate and comprehensive to complete the award transaction.

  • a. First Author’s name MUST match the primary holder’s name on the bank account.

BioActs respects your privacy. Personal information provided by the Applicant through the BioActs Research Award application process will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to other individuals or organizations without your permission, including public organizations, corporations or individuals.
The only exception is if the law or a court order compels us to.
We will share your information with government agencies if they need or request it.

• 1. BioActs will provide the award under the BioActs Research Award to only the First Author of the Poster and/or Journal publication.

  • a. In the case of a multi-author poster and/or journal publication, only one author can claim the award.

• 2. BioActs is not responsible for any damages arising from transactions based on incorrect information provided by the BioActs Research Award Applicant (“Applicant”).

  • a. If the information provided by Applicant does not follow the provided application guideline, BioActs may decline the Applicant’s request.

• 3. BioActs reserves the right to reference Applicant’s Poster and/or Journal publication information provided by the Applicant for marketing and sales purposes.

• 4. Applicants residing in South Korea must use the application form for “South Korea” and the award will be transferred to a South Korean bank account.

• 5. Applicants residing in USA/Canada must use the application form for “USA/Canada” and the award will be transferred to a USA/Canada bank account.

• 6. Applicants residing in Europe must use the application form for “Europe” and the award will be transferred to a Europe bank account.

• 7. BioActs reserves the right to contact Applicant via the provided contact information for verification purposes.

  • a. BioActs may decline Applicant’s request if Applicant fails to respond to a verification inquiry within 30 days.
