FlammaBead® series are fluorescent spherical particles in colloidal size, composed of high-grade polystyrene (PS) infused with our proprietary dyes. Polystyrene beads are less cytotoxic, diffusing minimally from the injection site and exhibiting prolonged presence within cells. FlammaBead® series exhibit excellent optical characteristics and display negligible photobleaching even under intense excitation of fluorescence microscopy. The vivid fluorescence and spherical configuration of this series enables to generate robust signals using minimal probe quantities across numerous tracing experiments. The exteriors of FlammaBead® series are equipped with carboxylic acid functionality that might be coupled with amino group in biomolecules such as antibody, protein, peptide in aqueous buffer conditions.
