Description

BBBFlamma® AD is a far-red fluorescent dye targeting for amyloid beta (AB) plaque, developed by BioActs’ cutting-edge technology. Together with tau protein, AB is an important biomarker of Alzheimer, thus real-time fluorescence monitoring of AB in brain and cerebrospinal fluid (SCF) might be advantageous in the study of this devastating disease. BBBFlamma® AD effectively penetrates blood-brain barrier and selectively bind to AB plaque thereby providing real-time fluorescent AB imaging. The maxima of Ex/Em values are at 546/656 nm. BioActs offers BBBFlamma® AD as an efficient fluorescent AB plaque imaging agent for both in vitro and in vivo studies.
