Description

Annexin V-ICG is a NIR fluorescent probe for selective labeling of externalized PS, an indicator of intermediate stages of apoptosis. ICG is clinically approved NIR dye and used in medical diagnostics, in vitro, vivo and animal model study. The maxima of Ex/Em are at 785/821 nm. This probe can be utilized in fluorescent imaging as well as for flow cytometry of apoptotic cells. This effective probe can be used alone or in combination with other dyes such as propidium iodide (PI). BioActs offers Annexin V-ICG as an efficient fluorescent probe in flow cytomertric analysis of apoptosis.
