Description

Goat anti-mouse IgG, HRP is a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated secondary antibody. HRP is resistance to auto-oxidation yet oxidized by H2O2 to produce characteristic fluorescence emission. Anti-mouse secondary antibodies display specificity for mouse IgG and are useful for the detection of specific target. Since multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody, Goat anti-mouse IgG, HRP enables to provide the great sensitivity in signal amplification, to visualize low abundant targets and to reduce experimental time. We offer Goat anti-mouse IgG, HRP as an activatable probe for various biological applications such as immunohistochemistry, ELISA, dot blot, Western blot, etc.
