Description

Goat anti-mouse IgG, Flamma® 552, developed by BioActs’ leading technology, is a fluorescence conjugated secondary antibody that displays excellent optical imaging while generating lower cross reactivity. This superior fluorescent antibody can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody, thereby visualizing low abundant targets, minimizing experiment time, and allowing an accurate sample count. Flamma® Fluor dyes feature strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield, and high photostability. They maintain good fluorescence activity and stability after conjugated to biomolecules, allowing detection of low-abundance biological structures with great sensitivity. Flamma® Fluor labeled antibodies represent an innovation in conjugate technology and provide researchers with higher sensitivity and better signal-to-noise in critical experiments. We offer Goat anti-mouse IgG, Flamma® 552 as an optimal molecular probe for many biological experiments such as fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, microplate assays, as protein and nucleic acid blots, in situ hybridization, etc.
