Description

BSA, Flamma® 648 is a fluorescence conjugated bovine serum albumin (BSA). Flamma® Fluor dyes display strong absorption, high fluorescence quantum yield and high photostability, and they maintain good fluorescence activity and stability after conjugated to biomolecules. The maxima of Ex/Em values are at 648/663 nm. Fluorescent BSA conjugates have been used in many applications such as quantitative studies of electroporation, measurement of plasma volume, intracellular protein processing. BioActs offers BSA, Flamma® 648 as a bright and photostable fluorescent tracer in various applications where tracers with well-defined physical dimensions are required.
