After completion of the reaction, the results can be confirmed immediately by color change. Isopollo® COVID-19 detection kit (premix) is used together with Isothermal Amplification Instrument or PCR Instrument, SimpliAmp Thermo Cycler (Thermo Fisher, Model. A24811) or equivalent.
